Stacy is very accessible and is there to answer all our questions. Even if we’re in the middle of a cruise we can call or text her. We had some trouble on our flights and didn’t get some of the upgrades we’d paid for. Stacy stayed on it until she got us a refund. And I appreciate that after we get back from a trip, she always contacts us for a recap. She wants to know what went well and what didn’t so she can do an even better job the next time.

My husband and I like to travel with another couple and we always use Total Access Travel. Our most recent trip was a Hawaiian cruise. There is so much information out there, but Stacy knows the best places to go. We took a trip to Scotland and Ireland for our 35th wedding anniversary. Stacy made the arrangements for us with CIE Tours International.

I just wanted to send a huge Thank YOU for all your help planning our trip! Courtney and I both had an amazing time – I think we could have stayed for another month exploring all of the wonderful places we were able to visit!! I always use a travel agent for big trips. Having someone I can call via cell if anything goes wrong is important to me. For my honeymoon in St. Lucia, I worked with Stacy at Total Access Travel for the first time. It went great! No problems at all! The fact she offers a wedding registry was a plus. It gave people another avenue for gifts toward our trip at the bridal shower and wedding.

My trip to Peru was a once in a lifetime trip, for sure. I actually got to cross something off the bucket list. I traveled alone and it was actually super scary, but the one thing I never had to worry about was my travel details – Stacy took care of everything so all I had to do was calm down and enjoy the trip – which I did!
